I was very happy with the attention the staff gave. The products are fairly priced for the quality and there are a good selection of different mattresses and these were explained. The only disadvantage is the range of fabrics available for headboards etc. We ordered a divan and wanted a headboard to match but the fabrics available for the headboard are not the same shade as the divans. I think that this is a flaw in the service. If you make a divan you should be able to make a headboard in exactly the same material since it is your shop. Why have a colour for the divan that doesn't match the headboards on offer. We therefore did not order a headboard with the divan.

The availability of the stock was, as anyone can testify to purchasing a bed, off-putting. No-one likes waiting for a bed.

Product seemed expensive

It took rather a long time to get some assistance but once the gentleman that helped me with my order became free, things were better.

I would be highly satisfied if I received something unexpected. Satisfied I believe is a good rating

On reflection I am probably being a little harsh! It just takes a while to come to terms with spending over £2000 on a mattress and 2 pillows! The help and advise we received were excellent so it was just the price I was worried about but I can see that this comment is unfair (John Lewis have priced the mattress exactly the same) so it is just an expensive product.

I have bourght beds/bedding from Dreams before and have found them very satisfatory,as the bed i bourght several years ago ios still going strong and on this ocation i needed a new mattress for my existing bed
