I was very satisfied. We were served by the manager, whose produce knowledge, friendliness and proffesionallism were excellent, So I don't really understand your question, I suppose it's because you are a computer and i am a person.

The sales person made a lot of mistakes quoting prices that were later rectified when he looked them up. Plus mis-quoted a few of the on display products, so was annoying to realise only later that they were out of my price range.

following my purchase of the divan bed I wanted to change the drawer configuration and telephoned the store. The guy who answered informed me that the configuration I wanted (one drawer at the end of the bed) was not available on that model and that was it. No further options were offered and the call was ended. Based on that a bit disappointed with the call and will have to now accommodate the bed with two side drawers, which does not ideally suit the room layout. Options would have been nice

Denville the Dream's assistant was very attentive and professional. I was dissappointed that having seen the bed mattress on the website offering free delivery and that the old mattress could be collected too, I was then told at the shop that delivery was not free and would cost £39 and collection of the mattress would also be £39 which was a negative.

Please refer to my email for a full explanation - we were told we had to pay a compulsory charge for delivery, (which was 12 days hence) even though we wanted to collect it or take it with us. Having looked on-line I discovered that delivery is free! Why were we not informed of this and I feel that I should get a refund.

I was a little bit disappointed that the salesman went straight for expensive products that were clearly out of my price range. Being 22, it is fairly obvious I am not made of money and the fact he went high price first felt like I was a bit pressured as if ignorant of prices.
