I sat on the beds and made up my own mind which one i wanted.

A very limited range of the particular item I needed

On entering the store the staff were all busy with other customers, which was fine, so I had a wonder round testing the beds, waiting for one of them to become available. However one particular member of staff didn't come over to help me and helped two other couples who entered the store after me. So I was left just wondering around to continue waiting. He even at one point looked at me and just walked past. I went to the other side if the store to seek help from the other staff member when he had finished with his customers.

I haven't received the new mattress yet so it's difficult to comment on the quality or value for money at this stage. The gentleman who welcomed us into the store and explained the colour coding on the mattresses couldn't have been more helpful, but the actual salesmen appeared less interested in the products and more in quickly taking our order. It almost put us off if I'm honest.

Was surprised by the cost of the type of bed as found what looked lik the same type of product online. That said I would not purchase a bed online as cannot see or feel the product that you spend so much time in. Expected a greater reducion in the end of year sale..

It is a bit of a cheek charging delivery for a bed. You can only collect it yourself if you have a van.

I found the assistant a bit too 'in your face'

Available bed colours were lacking, the silver and beige were practically identical. What I wanted was a dark grey choice, instead I had to decide between mocha brown or blue.

I bought a bed and was satisfied with the assistance given and am not sure how shopping can be highly satisfying to anyone
