Assistant was good, good variety of products. We were looking for a divan and mattress and it was confusing to track the price of the matresses as there were cheap ones displayed next to really expensive ones etc. Also, a 5 week delivery time is not good enough :(

Staff were very friendly. We just felt that for the amount of money we were spending, there was a lot of add on/additional prices. Pay for delivery, pay twice to have 2 mattresses taken away. My husband is very ill and about to have a big operation, so we just needed to buy items quickly, otherwise we would of shopped around and taken our time looking for value for money

Because I could not get a delivery for Friday when I am not at work, and had to pay extra for a Saturday delivery.

The Bed we wanted, and saw, in the store was no longer being produced so we had to choose a different one

I tried to place a telephone order for convenience, except I was told I would need to go into a store to order and pay if my card was not registered at the same address as the delivery address. This was inconvenient to me.

The mattress which was my first choice was not available in the length required so my choice was compromised. The assistant, was, however very helpful and I hope that the mattress I selected will prove suitable. I was encouraged by your 40-day trial process and hope that after the mattress is delivered I will prove to be highly satisfied.
