The shop was well presented allowing you to easily find the product you were looking for, assess and try out.The assistant was very knowledgeable,most helpful and understood our requirements.Overall, it was a very satisfing experience.

Good experience and they were great with the kids whilst we tried out beds! Would suggest investing in some new coffee cups, you have done well when that’s the only negative.

The one thing that could have been better is that I was asked to sign an agreement with no explanation as to what I was signing. I paid the balance in full in the store and had to spend some time reading through the paperwork as I was puzzled why I was being asked to sign an agreement. The paperwork was your terms and conditions and order summary. It would have been much better if this had been better explained to me in more detail. your comfort exchange is a very positive offer, it was only when I read your T&C's that I knew about it. Other than that I was very happy.

Would have liked to have a few minutes to look around on out own, rather than being pounced on as soon as we got through the door. I can understand that the salesman was probably bored and wanted something to do. ( there were no other customers in the shop) The price was a bit more than i wanted to pay, but then i am naturally tight fisted.

To purchase better mattresses (2 single) I was surprised that these cost an additional £100 each.

Because it takes a LOT for me to give a highly satisfied rating. I have highly satisfied for a few questions. Denville the assistant was very good and courteous and efficient. I'll be returning to this store if I need any other beds
