we were told we would get free pillows once we placed order, but no mention of this at point of sale...... no matter, I will buy from elsewhere.

We did have a good idea of what we were looking for so didn’t need to much help. We were greated despite the shop being busy, but explained we just wanted to look around. We were offered a tempura pillow to try out and left to look around, which is exactly what we wanted. Therefor I can only be satisfied. I would have needed some problems or issues to be solved to be able to offer a highly satisfied response. I have absolutely no issues with the experience my wife and I had while choosing our new bed.

Nothing really specific, I was just disappointed I couldn't save more on the mattress with a voucher I had - but didn't have with me at the time.

The Potters Bar store was very good in assisting visit and overall experience, however, I went to St. Albans store first. But the store is closed forever, with no signs. I did ring the store before I left my home and it went to answering machine saying the store is busy and not able to pick up the call. So, visited store assuming its open, spent an hour to get there and with no signs or not even updations on Dreams website or even answering machine to not go to that location, was very inconvenient and frustrating. Please update that details first very disappointed with the St. Albans location.

Had to wait a until 5th October for the bed to be delivered also our £50 for the bed to be assembled

I was not highly satisfied but I was satisfied. The reason was because the person serving me at the store could have done with better customer rapport skills.

I was looking for two beds, a single and a double, both in a metal frame. I purchased the Louis bed frame but would have been happier if a similar bed frame was available in a single.
