Dreams - Potters Bar

Delivery was a month away, although I wasn't dissatisfied by this, but you know, next day would have been great. Assistant I had was keen, friendly and eager to help/answer queries, but she didn't know everything (only 2 weeks in) and had to ask for assistance a few times. No issue with this really, and we weren't in a rush. Just to explain why it wasn't a 10/10. Still very satisfied with service

1.There was a large pillar in the showroom beside the bed we were trying so access to the bed was awkward. 2. We were shown the matresses from the priceyest to the cheapest, in that order. 3.No wholly convinced by the machine You go on and the recommendations it then makes for your ‘tailor’ made matress- not sure it’s just a gimmick. However we were very happy with our last matress from Dreams.

Simply disappointed at the high price of a single mattress

I went in for zip and link mattresses so my choice was limited but I'm aware the prices were a bit steep but let's see if the goods match up to the adverts??

Very friendly staff made up feel very welcome. Was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the mattresses that suited us best.

Because the services was very good and the staff were very good and helpful but it is my choice.

Only negative is the variety of beds and frames. They have such a wide variety of mattresses so it was easy for me to choose one but the actual beds and frames were limited. There were only one or two really stunning ones and the rest were really boring or just standard. Which I guess isn't a bad thing when you think it's just a bed. But I just wanted more to choose from.

I wanted a simple bed headboard. Not expensive. The only option was more money than I wished to spend
