Friendly and welcoming staff, felt free to try out beds without problem, lots to choose from, good price variety.

As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted with a friendly "Good Morning" and was asked if we needed help we were shown to the mattresses where upon we were told how the grading worked.I was highly satisfied with the way Martin helped us choose the right one for us.

Was shown when entering the store the colour coded products and what they mean plus leaflet. Left to decide on which purchase we wanted to make but was there if help was needed- offered tea/coffee. overall very happy with service.

Staff member extremely polite, helpful and made my visit very enjoyable.
