Our every need was catered for. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we got through the door and real time and care was taken to understand our needs. Your representative was incredibly knowledgeable and really made us feel at ease! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

The knowledge of the shop assistance and the speed of purchase

I visited Dreams in Potters Bar on Drakes Lane. I was served by Ian who helped find the exact mattress I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure we had a speedy deliver date as we needed the mattress urgently. He was very polite and made me feel welcome. I would definitely revisit the store in the future.

At the Potters Bar store,all my questions were answered by the knowledgeable assistant. Ian, was friendly and most helpful. Delivery was a week later. As yet I have not slept on the bed so can't comment on the product.

The assistant was helpful and it was easy to navigate round the store with the different coloured pillows.

Before going in we were quite confused with what type of bed would suit our needs. Martin was really helpful and suggested the ottoman style bed. Which I think is great. Martin was not a pushy sales man (which I hate) and we felt he really took the time to understand our needs.

Assistant and Manager both extremely helpful and personable. The details of the item were found efficiently and the order placed quickly.
