Dreams - Potters Bar

Was approached as soon as I entered, I didn't have to try and find someone to help me. All information given was very helpful and I left with exactly what I went in for.

I'd like to say thank you to Martin at the Potters Bar store. He remembered me from a few months back when I was trying to get an idea on pricing so was surpassed. He even remembered my job!!!! He was attentive, prompt, didn't try and flog you something you didn't want which always annoys me and I'm liable to walk out a store that works like that! He's an asset to the company. I've still got my bed on order, so fingers crossed the next part of the service goes well!!!!

Ian was helpful and welcoming. He made me a cup of coffee and spent time with me talking about what I needed so he was able to direct me quickly to the mattress I wanted. He gave me a choice within the range I wanted and I was able to decide.

It was a very easy shop martin knew exactly what we were looking for and advised us accordingly

The salesman was very friendly and explained everything well with regard to our requirements.

FROM THE MINUTE I WENT INTO THE STORE THE ATMOSPHERE WAS RELAXED I DIDNT FEEL OBLIGED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I ACTUALLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE OF SHOPPING IN STORE THE ASSISTANT WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN IN FULL EVERY ASPECT OF DIFFERENT BEDS THAT SUITED MY NEEDS AND WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING CONNECTED TO THE BED FULLY.HE EXPLAINED EACH INDIVIDUAL COSTING AND DISCUSSED DELIVERY DATES I WOULD DIFFENTLY RECCOMMEND THE POTTERS BAR STORE AS COULDNT GET A BETTER SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE
