Martin was really helpful. We went in with a budget, found what we liked, but it was over budget. He then suggested alternatives we could do within our price range, giving both options & time to think it over.

Assistant was very helpful friendly & didn't talk down to us. He recommended what he thought were our needs & was not pushy. Store well laid out & we felt we coukd walk around & test out beds at our leisure.

Colleague Ian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and his interpersonal skills were great. At no time did he try to persuade us what to buy but rather let us decide based on his thorough explanation about all products.
