Dreams - Potters Bar

I popped in during my lunch break and got everything I wanted, all sorted really quickly, Denville was very helpful

I just intended to look at beds on offer but salesman so helpful and prices so attractive I decided to place an order

I have purchased many items from Dreams In the past and have always been very satisfied.The Manager at our branch has always been very helpful.

We had good selection of matress to choose from and was happy to find the one that meet our needs

The assistant was very helpful and gave really useful advice. There was a f=good range of products to view in the store and we also looked at products on the large screen to make sure we had looked at all options.

When entering the Potters Bar store we were allowed to look around before being approached to see if we needed assistance. This was much better than being pounced on as soon as you walk in. When told we were just browsing we were left to browse and when we were ready to ask questions Ian was more than happy to assist. Ian was extremely pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions - at no time did we feel rushed to make a decision. The order process was simple and quick and we came to an amicable date for delivery. All in all our experience was very satisfactory and would most certainly come back again. Thank you
