Dreams - Potters Bar

The salesman Martin, was very knowledgeable and understood what we needed. He also gave us the space we needed to decide which product to purchase. He was very friendly, polite and efficient. Our experience was a great one and we will happily recommend martin to both family and friends as well as returning to the store again should we require anything further!

It was an easy and friendly experience. every question was answered well, and the choice of product was plenty. We got what we wanted, at the right price and was in and out of the store in less than 30 mins, bearing in mind we started with wanting 3 mattresses, but did not know much more than that. we are much more informed about mattresses now thanks to Dreams.

the delivery staff were exceptional upon the arrival of our mattresses. They made the process of this very smooth. I was very appreciative of how well spoken they were and how calm they made me feel. A credit to the company. There names were Terry and Jay.G

Great help and advice from Martin at potters bar

The attention we received from the assistant was very helpful but not pushy which in some instances can be off putting. To sum up the whole experience was flawless.

The service was extremely good and the choice of the items for which I was looking was more than adequate.

We had a rough idea of what we wanted bed wise and the man we spoke to helped us find it. Although it would've been good to see the bed made up we were shown another item in the same range to get an idea of quality. The sales man also helped us find a suitable matress.

One of the sales staff present in the store was the same member of staff who sold me my present bed & mattress nearly 8 years ago. This indicates to me an element of loyalty within the company and a working environment staff are willing to remain in. All in all, a very positive indicator of a company in touch with their employees.
