We were allowed to take our time looking around and then when we decided we needed assistance the Manager was to hand and was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. He pointed out the qualities in the bed we were buying and made sure it was suitable for our needs. Very efficient.

The assistant asked us what we were looking for , gave us some options and seemed to be very knowledgable on the stocked products . We never felt under any pressure to purchase and felt that the assistant was extremely helpfull and available through out our time in the store.

Being a lone parent I was on a budget and couldn't overspend. Ian the shop assistant at the Potters Bar store was very helpful and made sure with the delivery and assembling the bed came in within the budget and was able to buy the bed and mattress that I required.

We were asked quickly upon entering the store if they could be of assistance and showed us the products we were interested in, but allowed us to discuss in private our thoughts on the products. The delivery time for our product is also very good.
