Salesman explained carefully the differences between mattresses as to quality, price etc. He understood my requirements and very quickly helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. I was shocked by the cost of everything when added up to a really high total price.

The assistant quickly assessed our needs & identified the most suitable beds. He then completed the purchase efficiently, so that we were free to get on with our weekend. The experience was perfectly pitched & we will definitely be back for future bed purchases.

Your Dreams Colleague Ian was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed but allowed us time to try out the different beds on our own but was available if we needed more assistance.

Had gone to John Lewis the day before and received no assistance and staff were not very helpful. When I went to Dreams the store manager helped me. I told him my budget and he helped me come to a decision, was all sorted in about 15 mins.
