I was served by Ian, someone I'd seen before. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer any questions I had. He showed me several options to consider and gave my mother and I space to discuss our decision. Once it came to ordering, Ian made the whole process simple and easy to understand. He explained everything clearly. I came back to Dreams on the strength of the experience I'd had several years ago; I was not disappointed this time! I would definitely encourage people to go to Dreams in Potters Bar; the staff are knowledgeable, there is no pressure to buy and the products are of high quality.

I dealt with the store manager, Ian, and from the moment I walked in, he let me tell him exactly what I wanted and what my preferences were. He didn't try to lead me into buying something I didn't want or need. He showed me exactly what I asked for and didn't pressure me into buying on the spot.

Not having purchased a new mattress for many years we found Martin at Potters Bar extremely pleasant and helpful. He didn't Rush us and gave us his expertise and advice in helping us choose the right mattress for our needs.

Denville listened to my special needs regarding the bed and mattress, and showing his knowledge of Dreams products, was able to give me a selection to look at which suited my requirements. Once the decision was made on the bed and mattress and options of delivery dates, the purchase was made quickly and efficiently. Totally satisfied with my visit to Dreams and the professional manor I was dealt with.

Ian approached us on entering the store. He asked a few questions regarding the type of mattress we were looking for and then directed us to some products. Ian explained the products available and the benefits of them, he did this without being pushy or over bearing. Once he'd checked that he'd answered our questions he explained the store colour coding and left us to consider the products. We were extremly impressed with Ian's level of product knowledge and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store.
