the assistant was very knowledgeable about the product we purchasing, he was willing to spend time with us and was helpful in directing us to the product that would best suit our needs. also he was able to clarify certain queries that we had.

I was looking to replace the mattress of a bed purchased originally from the same Dreams store. The sales person appreciated that was what I wanted & allowed me to choose relatively quickly. Over all extremely satisfied with my visit. I was pretty happy with the delivery date offered. The only downside was the charge of 39.00 to take away the old one I opted not to take Dreams up on this& will have to dispose myself bit annoying in the current recycle culture. I think a smaller fee would be acceptable as surely the company can recycle very easily.
