Good customer service

I was given time on my own to settle in to the store and the surroundings before an assistant approached. He explained the colour coding which was very helpful. He was polite and friendly. He then let me wander and check out beds until I came back to him. There was no pressure. I told him I wanted to discuss what I had learned with my husband and would probably return in a couple of days. I returned in a couple of days and placed my order. It was quick efficient and friendly. I received day. The delivery men call to give us the time and called again to say they were ahead of schedule. They were quick efficient and explained how best to take care of our new mattress. Thank you.

Very good service. Helpful too. The only thing I'm shocked at £39 local delivery. This is very expensive otherwise you'd have got all highs.

Friendly staff, prices and speed of delivery.

We wanted to order two Cambridge chest of drawers which are on a special offer. We understood that delivery would be in 5 weeks. Whilst in the store your colleague, Martin,advised us that he had a Cambridge double wardrobe available at a reduced price and would we be interested. For the price we could not refuse so we went to purchase it. We needed to arrange our own delivery which we did the following day. When we went to collect the wardrobe again another colleague was very helpful in lifting it out to our van . All in all we are very satisfied with the care and service you provided.
