Denville in Potters Bar was extremely helpful and very patient and was instrumental in our decision to purchase 3 beds.

the gentleman Ian was very helpful and knew the products I was interestd in too. He helped me with a new Tempur pillow also got a free mattress protector too I paid a deposit then afterwards I spke to Ian on the phone and changed to jusyt a new mattress as I will keep my new bed base again very helpful phoned Customer Services today delivery on 6th July had Dreams bed befote very helpful would buy from Dreams again very satisfied thank you Anne

Denville is a credit to dreams, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, for myself and my partner £748 is a lot of money but definitely worth the price! Being that sleep is so important I can 100% say we will be getting the best sleep possible. Our experience at dreams was far more than we expected with great beds, great prices and unbeatable customer service.

I was highly satisfied because it was an easy shopping experience. The way Dreams categorises its mattresses helped me narrow down my choices; the categories were clearly explained to me by the salesman, Martin, I was then left alone to try out the different mattresses and when I'd made my choice, Martin gave me some reassurance that I had a get out clause if I found I wasn't totally satisfied. The payment process was straight forward too.

The sales advisor, Martin, was approachable and helpful. Good product knowledge, easy to discuss requirements with and he was able to recommend the perfect mattress and made selecting a bed frame quick and easy.
