I am very satisfied with everything I have been to potters bar store many times and got every thing I asked for the new bed I am getting looks wonderful and the store man knew what he was on about I have no complaints first class

I feel there was a huge variety of products to chose from catering for all budgets and quality expectations .The sales assistant was friendly , helpful and extremely knowledgable . He listened to our needs and helped us pick a matress that was suitable which made our shopping experience seamless . Overall I was extremely impressed with the service and would recomend dreams to friends and family

Martin showed us all the options for our new mattress and didn't push us to buy the most expensive ,(although we did)he explained differences and benefits of each product

Welcoming freindly sales personnel that was able to demonstrate considerable knowledge of the large selection of products on show. The sales person asked the right questions to enable us to choose the correct product, but at the same time did not intrude into our thought process so we were able to make the correct choice for us.
