Dreams - Potters Bar

Denville at your Potters Bar store was excellent and turned around the poor experience I had in another store. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

From the moment we entered the store the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. It was a humid day and we were immediately invited to have a seat (I have mobility issues) and to have a refreshing glass of squash. The assistant listened to our needs and invited us to try a number of beds to find the one we considered most suitable. We quickly concluded the deal as Denville's colleague found all our details from a previous purchase made some 12years ago!! We found the whole experience one of kindness and helpfulness and will certainly return for future purchases.

THE SALES PERSON DENVILLE WAS QUICK KNOWLEDGEABLE NOT OVER BEARING AND WAS THERE WHEN WE REQUIRED HELP .

We've been visiting many stores in the past few weeks to purchase a complete bed set and a mattress - even visiting an alternative Dreams Store. However, we decided to return to Potters Bar, having previously purchased quite a few beds from there, as we never feel pressured and the salesman that we've always dealt with is always friendly and very knowledgeable, without being pushy.
