The minute I stepped in the store I was welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me through the different options.Then having decided I was welcomed to sit down and offered a tea or coffee while the paper work was completed, although I declined this, I could not have asked for better service, this is not the first time I have visited this store and would certainly do so if I needed any purchases in the future. Well done to Martin who served me.

Effective and unobtrusive assistance. Clear product knowledge. Easy to identify different options (colour coded mattresses), lots of space and pleasant quiet environment. Drinks offered and generally very helpful.

It was empty, the staff offered assistance then left us to browse which was great as no sales pressure.

Staff member was very helpful and listened to what we needed and what we could afford and took time to explain different products as we hadn't researched this beforehand . Very friendly store and easy to look around .
