Originally I researched the product I wanted on line. Then I phoned the shop to find what products were available in store. The manager was very helpful and said the product I was looking for was on show in the store. I visited the store straight away, viewed the product, asked a few questions, was happy I had chosen correctly and made the purchase.

I'd seen the item that we wanted online, but wanted to see what the fabric was like before proceeding. Unfortunately the store did not have the item, but the salesperson showed us a similar style with the same material. I informed the salesperson that if the product we wanted was ordered online we would receive free delivery and he said that he could match this in store, so we ordered it there and then. Very helpful staff.
