The store manager was extremely helpful and gave good advice about the goods available and showed all options available to fit the criteria I was looking for. The store is very well laid out and gives the opportunity to fully inspect and test the options available.

I have shopped at dreams before and have bought a number of beds from our local store. We have always been satisfied by the service we have received. We are able to browse around the store at ease and staff have always be attentive and available when needed. The quality of the beds and mattresses have always been good so why bother going anywhere else.

Martin the sales advisor was excellent. He knew the products and was very helpful in helping us make the choice. He was the difference for us. Had he not been as good as he was, then I would have gone to other shops to look, and chances are, would have purchased elsewhere. He deserves to be commended.
