we were allowed to browse before we chose to ask for help and it was given in a friendly and helpful way. when asked for advice it was well explained and options were looked at, following that we were allowed to make our own decision without any pressure from the salesman.

The staff were friendly and not pushy. We were allowed to look around the shop at ease and without staff looking over your shoulder. Staff also took time to make sure we got the best deal avaliable for out money. Very pleased and will return in the future when needed.

WE were greted with the question 'what are you looking for and how can I help' Throughout our time in the shop there was no attempt to persuade us to buy the highest priced item, just the one that best fitted our requirements. A number of different options were pointed out to us. In the end we did purchase the most expensive option but only because it best suited our requirements.

Service was excellent the same as I have always found it. Staff are excellent which is very important,I have my own very successful business so I know how important this is. I described roughly what I was looking for and the second bed I was shown matched it very well. Everything was done quickly,paperwork etc,and the staff were very very efficient and friendly. Martin the assistant was very helpful and knowlegable about the products

The staff in store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They offered assistance but also time to browse. They weren't pushy. The delivery driver called the morning of the delivery and once again both were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return in future. Haven't slept so well in years, thank you.

This is the 4/5th bed we have purchased over the past ten years from Potters Bar Store and have gone back time and time again
