The sales adviser Martin was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable. He offered me a hot drink, explained all about the types off different mattresses available. He offered me a warranty & free mattress protector. The shopping experience in Dreams was very enjoyable

Martin, the sales assistant/manager, was excellent in helping me choose the best product and offered many things to consider as well as really listening to what my needs were and volunteering solutions. He was a really nice person to speak to and deal with and made my decision making much easier. As my local store in Potters Bar, I'd not actually been before (mainly a John Lewis fan) but this experience means I will certainly visit Dreams first for my future needs - thanks to Martin! As soon as we entered the store, the assistant, Ian, approached us and asked if we required help. We explained all of our needs and he was able to make suggestions and give us comparisons between products. His knowledge was first-class on the products and he was able to advise what would suit our needs the best. He offered drinks for our children but he was very quick settling the paperwork-side of the sale without being pushy or overbearing. He offered us the extra guarantee and at first we weren't really interested. His ability as a salesman proved to be the fact that swayed us and we bought the Bed Cover guarantee.
