Dreams - Potters Bar

The Potters Bar store had exactly what we were looking for in terms of bed and mattress quality. The choice was very impressive and the product advice was spot on. We really cannot fault the shopping experience. If only everything in life was as uncomplicated.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and very friendly. He showed us the mattresses that met our requirements explaining each one and then gave us some space to make our decision before coming back to then process the sale.

Denville was so helpful, listened to what I needed and after suggesting a bed gave me time to decide if this was right for me. He did not rush me but helped me make up my mind about which headboard to get. He makes a nice cup of tea too!! I went out of the shop feeling very happy about my purchase, knowing that delivery would be very quick, and free too! Well done Dreams. Thank you.

It was really nice being offered a drink and very attentive and friendly service. The only thing was the bed we really liked evert was only available in oatmeal and slate - not the grey colour so didn't buy that but defiantly would of if this was available! great all in all thank you

Denville served us really well, we have 3 kids and the 2 eldest are terrible when we take them shopping! Denville gave them both a drink of water and kept them happy while my wife and I agreed our order.

I believe it was Martin who served me he was very efficient and friendly. When my daughter described the type of bed she wanted he showed us 2 beds and one was perfect. Very pleased with the service
