I was served by Ian who was immediately helpful, listened to my needs & provided me with several options to ultimately help me find a product within my price range.

I found denville very helpful with all our needs and give us all the information about the bed and mattress we need.

I placed an order with the Potters Bar branch and was helped by an extremely helpful, cheerful Denville. He cheered me up so much I ended up buying much more than anticipated. I had spent hours trawlling online beforehand so when I arrived at the store I knew exactly what I wanted. Nevertheless Denville was brilliant! Would definitley recommend and will be buying another bed from him again soon.

Good service. The store manager served me and he knew his stuff. The only criticism was , waited more than twenty minutes to be served. The store manager was on his own.

Helpful, non pushy staff member who allowed us to double check what we wanted before ordering. We didn't feel rushed even though he was alone in the store.

Friendly staff that could answer all of our questions. What I really liked was that the staff where not pushing for the so like most other shops. They where genuinely trying to help you choose the right product.
