Dreams - Potters Bar

this was my first visit to Dreams and I was pleasantly surprised with the help given by your assistant Denville. He is certainly one of the best salesmen I have encountered and cannotI compliment Denville enough. I did not really intend to buy anything when I went in but came away with two orders!!

I had never been to a dreams store and went in just to have a look at the beds. Your salesman, Denville was extremely helpful and I ended up buying a sofa bed and a handmade mattress and spent £1648. he was extremely knowledgeable about all the stock and took a great deal of time and trouble to make sure we were fully informed about the items we wanted to buy.

The store assistants took plenty of time to show me the product in which I was interested. There was a good choice overall and specifically three types of a specific brand. This avoided a trip into London. Prices are competitive and a short waiting time although I would have preferred even shorter period for delivery. Store is very clean. Parking close by at back of building. Opening hours include Sundays which is great. I am yet to try out the Sealy mattress purchased but the Milne pillow is wonderful!!!

I was assisted by the manager who I think was called Alan ! He was very helpful without being pushy, I told him I had been elsewhere and how much I was quoted . He told me the options from a lot cheaper to a few pounds difference and left me to choose . I chose the one that was a few pounds cheaper than the other store with the added advantage of being delivered 7 days later as against 21 days . All round Potters Bar Dreams store has the thumbs up from me .

Denville was very friendly and his explanation of the construction and the firmness of the mattresses was great, his input was accurate but not too intrusive.
