We were easy customers actually. We knew exactly what we wanted and price point so were quickly directed to beds that meet the criteria. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

We were welcomed with an offer of tea or coffee which was accepted readily. The salesman was very helpful without being pushy which I appreciated The selection of the mattresses we could afford was more than adequate. We look forward to delivery of said mattress

I was approached by Ian within a minute of me entering the store and he quickly understood what I was looking for. He showed me a few options and I was quickly able to make up my mind as to what I wanted.

We were highly satisfied because although we were given plenty of help & advice we were left to choose without harassment or hurry, the store was layed out very well with the different types of mattresses.
