We purchased our last bed and mattress from Dreams. The salesman went and checked on the computer to tell us exactly what we had purchased last time, which help in the latest purchase. We were offered tea or coffee which I gratefully accepted. He advice was good and helpful and we were given every assistance in our shopping expedition. The main sales advisor was assisting in the training operation f a new staff member and spent time showing her the ropes. He gave us the major ritzy of help and advice in respect of our purchase whilst attending to her training needs at the same time. We were never t pressured in any way and were happy with our experience.

I was directed to the Matresses I was interested in and the Salesperson made purchasing my mattress both quick and easy and he was very helpful.

The store was clean fresh looking the staff very smartly dressed smiled and polite asking if we needed any help needed a cup of tea or coffee and left us to look around and came back when we were ready

We brought our last mattress from this shop 10 years ago and were happy with the service we received then so decided to return and I am pleased to say that we received the same good service and value for money as we did 10 years ago.
