Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable she went out of her way to find the right mattress

Made to feel very welcome when we arrived in store. Details of what we wanted was understood very well. Steve the salesman was very helpful in showing us what would be the best for us. Enjoyed the coffee.

The knowledge of the product and the the staff member was very friendly and spent time with us

Had a lovely lady called Nicola at dreams Eastleigh , Southampton .She really took her time and really felt like she wanted the best bed for me . A credit to the store.

Was given the right amount of help but left to look around without any feeling of being pressurised. When placing my order all done very efficiently and quickly with options of payment clearly explained.Very happy with the overall experience.Have bought beds in Dreams before and always been very satisfied with the customer care.

We went into the shop just to look at and possibly buy a new mattress but the excellent service of the salesman helped us to invest in a whole new bed , mattress and even new pillows!! We were never rushed into making our decision and not just shown the most expensive products but everything we needed to see . It was a very relaxing experience and nice to have a cup of coffee given to us whilst trying . Had it not been for the very nice salesman we probably wouldn’t have bought anything as the last time we went to buy beds a few years ago in the same store we purchased elsewhere because of bad service . This time we have came away satisfied with our experience there which shows buy our purchases.

This was a positive visit in every way; the service was excellent which resulted in us buying a new mattress and two pillows. The assistant, Rob, was knowledgeable and very personable. He was enthusiastic about the products but was never pushy. We were treated as valuable customers from the minute we entered the store.

Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

The young lady (Katie ) was very helpful and explained all the steps all the way through. This made me feel confident in her knowledge and that she knew what she was talking so much so I bought a bed. I was asked to try a wide range of mattress and went ahead bought one. She also told me that there payment plans which help me and that they can fit it together and get rid of rubbish and remove old bed and mattress. So over all I felt very comfortable.

The shop assistant, Katie, was very helpful! She understood what I wanted for my budget and was very informative
