Dreams - Eastleigh

Went directly to Dreams in Eastleigh as previous experiences have been exceptional. We ended up buying a Tempur mattress. once in the store, we were treat in the most courteous manner by James our sales assistance. He assisted with our needs and with his extensive knowledge guide us through the process of finding what would be suitable. He left us alone to make decisions and advised best for us. All in a quick easy process from start to finish.

The sales assistant was very polite and considerate during my time at the store. I was very pleased with his service and the advice given about the bed I brought there. All the staff were very kind and helpful as well . I’m very pleased.

The store assistant Jack met all my needs and requirements for finding a suitable bed and explained all the procedures and how the delivery times work I was out to find a delivery date but within my needs very satisfied with all the staff having a conversation with me in a very friendly atmosphere

We found the service we received from your salesman STEVE was excellent and his knowledge of the items he was showing us was brilliant.The bed has not been delivered yet but the purchase should arrive on Tues the 8th of Feb.

James A was very friendly & welcomed me into store, after using the bed to find what mattresses I needed to be looking at James gave me different prices & let me try in my own time never was I rushed. I was also given time on my own to try all again. I needed to cheek measurement's in store & back home. I came back the next day & received the same friendly help.

Katie was very attentive . Asked what we were looking for and showd us to the scanning bed and showed to different options available explained and understood.

As soon as I entered the store (Eastleigh) Jack greeted and assisted me throughout the time I was there. He was totally understanding to what my budget was, therefore leading to a sale.
