The gentleman sales assistant was very knowledgeable, he explained the products to us, he was not pushy, i liked that he enabled us to have a good look around to try and test the mattresses, and was there to take our order when we were ready

We were served by Rob, the store manager. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We bought two new bed bases, but I was concerned that we might have made the wrong colour choice. We returned to the store the next day and borrowed the colour swatches to take home. We were pleased to find that our original choice was correct so returned the swatches. We're now looking forward to delivery of our bases. We would certainly recommend Dreams to family and friends.

The salesman was not pushy & wanted us to be sure of what we wanted. His knowledge of products was great. Easy to order & clear concise information given.

Quick efficient and knowledgeable

The staff member was very knowledgeable and he made us feel very comfortable as a LGBT couple it really felt like he wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and went the extra mile to make aware of offers and that all are needs where meet.

Steve at the Eastleigh store was fantastic help, guiding me and my partner to the products best suited to us, giving us good, better, best options and being well informed!

Robert was very kind and knowledgable to my mums medical needs.The options were explained clearly and prices were given on all options .
