Rob from Dreams Eastleigh provided us with all the information needed to get the correct mattress. He understood our price range and helped us every what possible.

The people where very helpful the guy I dealt with was very helpful no pushy sale but gave me options. I actually purchased a mattress that was actually made in the uk.

The store was really nice and the staff, Katie (who I dealt with) was really knowledgeable and spent time to understand ny needs

Great service, from the moment I walked in I was helped by James to have an analysis done and then shown several different options. There was no pressure and very helpful and friendly advice by him and also the store manager.

Jack who served us was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we entered the store he explained how everything worked. Once we had been evaluated on the dream bed experience jack explained the results to us. He then showed us the relevant products. He left us to think things through. He was really patient. We came home and felt no pressure and then went back to order the following week. He was fantastic!

We've been using Dreams in Eastleigh for the past 20 years and have always received polite and friendly and fun service. Jack was our Sleep Expert this time and was super helpful. With the help of Richard too, we managed to spend enough and left pleased with our purchase :) Only 10 days to wait for new mattress which we were very happy with. Thanks again Dreams.
