The man that took our order welcomed us into the store with social distancing measures he made us feel really comftable and listened to our needs of what we wanted, we didn’t feel pressured into getting any of the products that he suggested and we got to try some of the products before we made our minds up, the store offered us bottled water and there was hand gel supplied at the door and masks overall it was the best experience we’ve had searching for beds as in other bed shops we wasn’t given this quality of service that we received in dreams

By booking an appointment we were able to walk straight in and be able to be seen immediately, without having to wait for someone to be available or left to wander around the shop not knowing much about each bed.
