Assitant gave gave us lots of time to describe the available products and test them out. Very knowledgable about the differences. We had plenty of time to try them out and left us alone to decide which we preferred

Honestly, there was no point at which we felt 'sold to'. This- ridiculously- felt as if the staff were only interested in the best possible outcome for ourselves. The unique tech experience was great on its own and gave us an understanding of our physiological sleep patterns and then the range of products which were presented following this brilliant assessment applied to the whole price range. This was authentic sales support, and there was no moment we felt we were being guided to higher prices. First class experience (and no- we are not related to any employees in any way!) I have no doubt you receive countless reviews like this. Thanks Jack (Chandlers Ford).

It was my 1st time visiting your store in southampton, straight away i was met by jack who was extremely helpfull.

Katie assisted us, helping to choose right mattress, I told her a rough price, so lovely and helpfull, v happy staff around shop

Jack was amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. There was no pressure to buy, he wasn't your typical pushy, hovering sales person. He was also brilliant with our two children, kept them entertained with books and sent them on a hunt looking for different beds whilst we made the decision on which mattress to go for. Our service in store from start to finish was impeccable! I'd love for Jack to get the recognition he deserves!
