Greeted with a friendly salesman who asked what we wanted and showed us all options. Paperwork took less than 5 mins and we bought exactly what we were after.

Steve (At Eastleigh branch) was amazing. He found my previous purchase on your system (a mattress for our guest bed which eveyone fights over to sleep on!!). Got it ordered in no time at all, it arrives next week to our new abode in Devon. I rang my friend as there was an offer on and she place and order too also arriving on 30 June but to her home in Winchester. Really Steve was so helpful ..Initiall we spoke but then did a lot by text which was fab as I am doubly deaf and phones are a nightmare for me! Please thank him again. If I need any further mattresses I will come to dreams but really think we'll be ok for a while now!..Always recommend you as all our guests for the double and single beds say how comfortable they have been.
