The staff member I spoke to (Rob) was very knowledgable about the products Dreams sells and was willing to give us the time we needed to make a decision. This helped us think about build quality, materials used, keeping cool in bed as well as the optimum firmness needed for our comfort. The time given contributed to the product we chose- we went for a product above our budget but took the credit option, which was also discussed with Rob. When we came into the store we were impressed with the measures they were putting in place regarding COVID-19 including directing us towards the hand sanitizer, staff wearing masks, our own covered pillow to carry around with us (rather than just a piece of tissue (given at other stores) which gets ripped in seconds) as well as the ‘sneeze guards’ they had in place at the desks. Overall, I’m very happy about the purchase I’ve made and will recommend this store to friends and family.

Nicky was fabulous from the moment I walked in. She was very knowledgeable and really helped in all aspects of buying a mattress despite my husband not being with me. The shop was extremely clean and disinfecting was happening while I was there. I cannot fault my experience.
