Although the staff were both serving other people when I went in one of them came over and assured me that they would be with me as soon as possible.The assistant listened to what I wanted and made useful suggestions. I was assured that any mattress that I chose had a guarantee that if I was not satisfied I could change it which is really important as it is difficult to tell if it is comfortable in a store!

The assistant Nicky Alicia gave us her full attention. She gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions I am blin and she gave me every assistance without being patronising or too helpful.

The staff were Very friendly they came when I entered the store and explained that they were looking after other customers but will be with me as soon as possible. They were. The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and listenEd to what I wanted.
