Great shopping experience

Well we had planned on visiting at least a few stores to get comparisons of available options, but this didn't prove necessary as we were given a more in depth explanation of the products and of what suited our needs.

The team at Eastleigh store were very helpfull and prices were good and plenty of choice. They also had good knowledge of stock.

Shopping made simple and pain free, staff very helpful and informative

Walked in and welcomed by James and he helped us find out what mattress we needed and then showed us all the ones that matched he was very helpful.

Staff (Steve) attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery time excellent.

James a just couldn’t do enough for us was a pleasure to been in store found us the right bed at a good price no sale man pressure just good service

I needed a single bed on the day I went to Dreams. I was ready to take away whatever I could. Steve at the Eastleigh store was a diamond, not only putting up with my neuroses but giving me great advice to make the most of my budget and get the longest life from the product. I was a very happy customer. The only item I have to wait on delivery for is the headboard. This is always the Dream store I use and I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed.

Jack was very knowledgable, respectful towards his customers and communicated clearly throughout our visit. The store was clean and measures were in place to ensure the safety of all their staff and customers.
