The man who helped me took the time I needed explained everything cleanly and was very polite and friendly as I lost my husband on the 1st of May I am now having to do these things by myself for the first time in forty years so his help was very much appreciate .

I was very pleased with the experience i had at Dreams. We were greeted at the door and allowed to have a look round until we were able to look at products in more detail. There was no pressure and the staff were highly knowledgeable

Rob provided a friendly greeting and clear guidance on the new rules in store. He had lots of knowledge and was able to offer us appropriate products based on our needs. He was also very respective of our privacy and left my partner and I to discuss our options without any pressure. It was the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!

The shop was welcoming, very clean and the staff very knowledgeable. I got the impression of a happy team working together, who were only too pleased to help me find what I needed at a price I could afford.
