The time Nicola spent with us was brilliant. Her expert knowledge was excellent. We timed it perfectly in the store as we were virtually the only customers so felt very safe and well cared for.

The staff were just superb. Aside from their overall friendliness, they did not pressure us, explained things clearly, were unobtrusive and let us take our time. Steve in particular was clearly a very experienced salesman and tapped into our needs very quickly. A masterclass in selling! I don't normally gush but this was fantastic and I hope he's recognised for this. This has been our experience at Dreams over the past 20 years as well.

Given assistance as soon as we walked in by informing us of the options we had for our requirements and then left to walk the store until we were ready to discuss our purchase.
