My husband and I had never bought a bed together, so this was first for us. No idea what we were looking for or what would work for us but Steve was brilliant, highly knowledgeable and gave us time to think about our options by ourselves. Perfect balance of sales and giving the customer space to make a decision.

It was as pleasant a shopping experience for someone who doesn't enjoy shopping. The staff member was very good, there was no rush or pressure selling so I felt like a valued customer.
