The colleague KATIE was extremely knowledgeable with the products. KATIE was observant to how many shoppers were in the shop at any one time - she provided all protectors. Found the bed we wanted quickly, didn't feel like the sales adviser was pushey but she was helpful. Brought the bed and few days later it went on sale, emailed customer services and they gave usa refund.

Katie was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The choice of beds and mattresses was very good, the machine that works out which mattress is best for you is very good also.
