Arrived at the store after booking an appointment through the on-line Booking system, to book a time slot to try mattresses. We arrived at the store and once inside, greeted by Steve, who was very friendly. Steve asked why we were visiting the store today and then proceeded to set about finding us our perfect mattress. We were impressed to see the store only allowed two or 4 people into the store at any one time for testing beds. There was also plenty of sanitation and disposable gloves Were provided. We were provided with our own pillow and personal hygienic cover to use throughout our testing. Once we had been “analysed” on the mattress finder machine, Steve pointed out all the mattresses that met our suggested mattress matches. Steve took the time to explain the make up of each of the different mattress types and the benefits of the different types. Steve then left us to try out all of the different mattresses. There was no pressure on time or sales pressure for buying anything, which we very much appreciated. We took our time to decide which mattress we wanted and then ordered the one we wanted.

Very professional service. Nicky was very understanding of our needs and didn’t put pressure on us to buy anything which I highly appreciated! At the end we came back two days later and spend over 1k in the store. A lot of money but it was worth it. We felt really safe in Nicky’s hands and again (this is a big deal for me) not pressured!! Big thanks again!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They spent a lot of time trying to help me find the right bed for my needs.
