Nicola welcomed us after 2 minutes of entering to store. ask if we needed help. we said we we were just looking. She said please call me if you need help. after a while we needed her help. she was so helpful explained to us our options, Her product knowledge was excellent so it enabled us to make a choice that we were very happy with. considering we were only considering changing our bed its so nice to think that soon we will be sleeping in a comfortable bed zzzzz
