Very friendly, knowledgeable staff member who took the time to understand our needs. Also helped us to work out the most suitable options which helped us to avoid being overwhelmed by the level of choice, particularly with regard to mattresses. We were not rushed into any decision making and felt that the staff member took the time to thoroughly explain things and go over questions again where needed. Felt very comfortable in the store and highly valued as a customer. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back!
