Dreams - Eastleigh

We were looking to replace the single mattress in our spare bedroom. We started the process by looking on line for a firm pocket spring mattress. During this time we saw your TV advert so looked at your website which we found easy to navigate and quickly found a mattress of the type we were looking for at a very competitive price. We decided to follow this up by phoning our local store and checked the store would be open on New Years Day. On our visit we were greeted by a member of your sales team who showed us the mattress which met our expectations. Order details were then taken and delivery arranged. We left the store happy that we had made the right purchase.

Nicola was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand the differing needs of myself and my husband. She didn't try to push anything upon us and was onhand to answer any questions we had.

When I went into the store member of staff came over and asked if I needed help. I said no it would is fine and I would come and find him if I needed help and he directed me to the type of bed I was looking for. I actually went back a second time the same day and spoke to another member of staff who completed my order for me his name is James. They weren’t pushy and had a good knowledge of the products that I wanted. I was disappointed as the bed I really liked was on display totally unavailable online or in any other store. So I do think that if that’s the case that product needs to be removed from the shopfloor to avoid further disappointment.
