We were looking for a mattress for our spare room and the assistant was very helpful in what would be the right type of mattress for the need. He didn’t try to sell us something too costly but was realistic about how much we would likely pay. Very intuitive and very friendly.

Also helped us to work out the most suitable options which helped us to avoid being overwhelmed by the level of choice, particularly with regard to mattresses. We were not rushed into any decision making and felt that the staff member took the time to thoroughly explain things and go over questions again where needed. Felt very comfortable in the store and highly valued as a customer. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back!
